Ebony Bonez was named one of the 40 Men and Women that Make London by Time Out Magazine... and it's for good reason, she's purely AMAZING !! Her originality is sooooo refreshing. I love her for simply being herself and producing the type of music she likes/wants to make regardless of what anyone thinks of it. Clearly, she's doing pretty well for herself... by just being herself !! She's become a favorite across the pond, wowing the socks off of music novices and lovers alike for her genre-fusing sounds. Her music is so eclectic and off-the-wall it probably shouldn't make sense... but it does that and SO MUCH MORE !!

Another one of my favorite Ebony Bonez songs is "God Gold Oil and Drugs." She opens the song with an excerpt of the "Mad as Hell" monologue from the 1976 film Network. Brilliant !!
