food for thought

As a music lover that listens to music (indie and mainstream alike) practically all day everyday this video I stumbled upon proves VERY disturbing. I mean, I'm not usually one to buy into "conspiracy theories" such as this, but it was convincing enough to have me questioning the actual messages/content in the music I listen to (both conscious and subconscious)... I know it sounds pretty crazy, but with all the craziness in the world today, nothing really surprises me anymore.

Anyway, these videos gives me the creeps (ESPECIALLY the Jay-Z track played backwards, wtf?!! - don't know if it's a hoax or not) but it does offer some interesting points to ponder (alliteration is one of my strong points lol), especially on the whole Michael Jackson murder conspiracy. Some parts seem like whoever made this is reading too much into lyrics or simply seeing something because they are searching for it... but other parts are just weird and pretty blatant if you ask me.

LUPE'S BACK!!

I'm not gonna say too much...but I had to say something.

He sampled one of my favorite songs, "Fire" and given my unhealthy obsession of anything Jimi Hendrix I had to post. And that's kind of a big deal seeing as I never update anymore. However, not gonna lie, I like the original better... but you be the judge.
